The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) 2.0 Course is taught virtually (via zoom) over 2 Sessions, 3 – 3.5 hours each day.
During this course you will learn approximately 75 ESSENTIAL, NTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED level exercises of the Pilates Suspension Method.
Each exercise is rooted from either the Pilates mat or Pilates Equipment exercises. The exercises and series will be broken down in detail and modifications will be discussed and demonstrated. Every student will be able to perform each exercise. You will also receive an ebook with step-by-step pictures for each exercise.
This workshop welcomes all types of Pilates teachers, mindful movement practitioners and fitness instructors.
