BARRE CLASSES

Barre is a higher intensity, music driven workout which combines Pilates, Dance and Yoga all together in a fun, full body workout. Barre is one of our most popular classes as it guarantees a great workout and when done regularly tones and shapes the body.

We offer various types of Barre classes such as Barre Sculpt – an intense sculpting and toning Barre class that focuses on resistance work and form;  Cardio Barre – a faster paced Barre class with high intensity intervals of cardio and sculpting to get the heart rate up; Suspension Barre – a strength based intense Barre class that is done using the suspension trainers.

Our classic Barre class combines aspects of sculpt and cardio to give a well-balanced, awesome workout.
